Employer Plan Management Analyst

What We Need

We are looking for a conscientious, focused and professionally motivated employee to join our Employer Services team. The Employer Plan Management Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of employer and member contributions, training employers on payroll processing and recommending ways to improve efficiency and enhance services for employers. 

What you’ll do

  • Process monthly employer, member and Group Term Life retirement contributions

  • Maintain the accuracy of actuarial and employer plan information

  • Review new member accounts and make adjustments to member and employer accounts as needed

  • Train new employer representatives regarding the payroll process

  • Assist employers, via telephone, with questions regarding payroll reporting and submission

What you should have

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 4 or more years of experience in payroll, accounting or banking

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in accounting or banking

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and strong initiative for process improvement and technology advancement
