How you’ll contribute

  • Conduct webinars and on-site presentations to educate and communicate with our members

  • Provide individual retirement benefit counseling both virtually and in-person

  • Work closely with employer contacts while developing and maintaining professional relationships to arrange efficient site visits and maximize resources

  • Travel by car and plane with frequent overnight stays. This position provides both in-person and virtual services, requiring approximately 50% travel


What you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Three or more years of experience in teaching, sales, training or public speaking

  • Prefer experience in health, life or disability insurance, retirement plans or other employee benefits

  • Outstanding speaking and presentation skills, outgoing personality and ability to relate quickly to diverse audiences

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to listen empathetically, deal effectively and professionally while conveying courtesy, enthusiasm, patience and confidence with all customers

  • Advanced analytical, written and verbal skills

  • Advanced skills in Windows-based technology systems such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience using virtual platforms for presentations, such as Zoom, GoToWebinar and Teams
