Human Resources Generalist
What we need
We are looking for a focused, innovative, and professionally motivated employee who can thrive in a small, but collaborative team. This new role will be critical to the success of the Human Resources Team. Not only will you manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the department, you will also have the opportunity to enhance the employee experience for TCDRS staff members. What you'll do

Manage the collection and maintenance of confidential personnel information and records

Update and maintain employee records in ADP; Work closely with the TCDRS accounting team to assure all pay and benefit records are up to date for each bi-weekly payroll

Update and maintain employee records in benefit provider systems (TPA, ERS, MetLife); Act as liaison between benefit providers and the organization

Assist in the administrative duties of the recruiting and onboarding process

Review Bridge and TMERP claims for eligible expenses; Process claims bi-weekly; Run and post reports for management review

Manage company-wide employee appreciation initiatives; assist in the Experience Team’s efforts of coordinating company events

Manage and coordinate physical and network security rights for temporary employees and contract personnel

Document and update department procedures

Manage and maintain the Human Resource internal SharePoint site; Manage and maintain the organizational charts

Assist in special projects as needed
What you should have

Bachelor’s degree in an HR related concentration or at least 3 years of relevant administrative work experience

Ability to think analytically and develop workflow processes

Maintain high standards for accuracy and confidentiality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with individuals and groups at all levels

Advanced level of written, analytical, presentation and verbal skills

Ability to work alone and in collaboration

Experience with ADP, ERS, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft Excel is a plus
