Due to planned road closures for the Trail of Lights event, the TCDRS building will close at 4:30 p.m. daily from Wed., Dec.10 through Tues., Dec. 23.
Service hours remain unchanged, and Member Services can still be reached after the building has been closed.
How to Update a Member's Contact Information
This video will show you how to update your employees contact information through the employer portal. If you have Benefit Administrator or Security Administration access rights, you can update your employees’ personal information for them from your employer website. If you need Benefit Administrator access, please contact the Security Administrator for your employer to discuss your access.
