Q) What devices and operating systems are supported?

A) Our app is designed for smartphones running:

  • iOS 14 or higher

  • Android 12 or higher

For the best experience, we recommend keeping your device’s operating system updated.

Q) How do I install the app?

A) To install the app:

  • Visit the Apple App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android users).

  • Search for TCDRS and tap “Get” or “Install”  (follow the store’s instructions for installing)

Q) What should I do if the app isn't loading?

A) If the app isn’t loading properly:

  • Make sure you have a strong internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

  • Check that your device’s operating system is up to date.

  • Try closing and reopening the app.

  • If the issue continues, you can delete and reinstall the app from your app store.

Q) What should I do if I can't log in?

A) If you’re having trouble logging in:

  • Double-check that you’re entering the correct passkey or username and password.

  • Try resetting your password if needed through the app or our website.

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable.

  • Try restarting your mobile device
