How to Request a Custom Onboarding Brochure for Your Plan
Helping your employees understand the value of their TCDRS benefits can improve your retention efforts. We have a brochure to help with that.
Each time you enroll a new employee in TCDRS, we roll out the welcome mat to help get them up to speed as quickly as possible about the value of the benefits you are providing for them.
But as an employer, you’re already in the perfect position to connect with your employees about their retirement benefits. If you tell your employees about TCDRS and the benefits of registering online at TCDRS.org, they’re more likely to start their journey to retirement off on the right foot.
One of the best ways to educate your employees about TCDRS is by providing them with an onboarding brochure specifically tailored for your plan.
Upon request, TCDRS will provide you with a custom onboarding brochure that explains general TCDRS plan features, such as automatic savings, as well as features that are unique to your organization, such as your employer matching rate and vesting and retirement eligibility requirements.

“This brochure is a great introduction to your retirement plan,” says TCDRS Employer Services Manager Amy Campbell. “It provides your employees with the basics of your plan, and it is also helpful for you as their employer. It gives you something you can hand your new employees that they can follow along with as you explain your plan, which aids in understanding the benefit.”
If you are interested in requesting a custom onboarding brochure for your organization — as a digital file, in print or in both formats — please contact your TCDRS Employer Services Representative at 800-651-3848.
