Our services include:

• Virtual Retirement Seminars: TCDRS Member Services Field Representatives are available to host online retirement seminars tailored to your employees. Contact your TCDRS Employer Services Representative to learn more and schedule a session.
• Online Counseling: Your employees can speak to a TCDRS representative face-to-face right from the privacy of their home or office through our online counseling program. During a session, a TCDRS representative will explain retirement benefits, provide personalized estimates and review their benefit payment options. • New Webinars for Employers:  Watch TCDRS Employer Services Representatives cover some of the most popular topics from our past annual conferences. You’ll find tips on helping employees prepare for the financial and emotional sides of retirement, learn how to navigate common retirement-related legal issues and much more.
