New Features Help Eliminate Paper Forms
This spring, TCDRS rolled out two new features that empower members to manage their accounts and get paper out of the process.
Web Registration: Account Help
No account number? No problem! Members who do not have their TCDRS account number on hand can still complete their online registration by answering some additional security questions online. If an employee already knows their account number, they do not need to go through those extra steps.
Withdrawal: Apply by Phone, Too
Members now have another way to apply for withdrawal: They can call TCDRS Member Services. Just like applying online, applying over the phone is fast, secure and convenient.
Digital Account Management
Members can digitally manage their accounts quickly and securely. When they are online or on the phone, they can:
-
Designate or change a beneficiary
-
Update personal information
-
Apply for retirement or withdrawal
Because these processes are fully digital, we have removed forms related to these processes from our website.
