How to Become a Digital Superstar
In October, we will stop accepting paper submissions, so we've put together a guide with some tools to help transition to digital TCDRS processes.
If you attended our annual conference, where we celebrated the amazing efforts of TCDRS employers who have achieved high levels of digital adoption, or if you read about our two rockstar employers who have gone above and beyond with digitizing their TCDRS processes, you know we’re getting serious about going paperless.
In October, we will stop accepting paper, so please eliminate paper from your TCDRS processes as soon as possible. This includes beneficiary forms and benefit applications. Please shred all remaining forms in your possession and remove them from your websites and intranet sites, as they are now outdated.

Taking the following steps today means you’ll be ready for action the next time an employee walks into your office and asks you a question about how to update their TCDRS information or apply for benefits:

Offer digital choices to your employees instead of paper. Just like we have enhanced your employer portal to allow you to do everything TCDRS-related online, members now have full flexibility to manage their accounts via TCDRS.org. Here’s everything they can do online.
Remember, if any of your employees do not wish to register online, you can always direct them to call TCDRS Member Services at 800-823-7782. One of our friendly representatives would be more than happy to assist them with their accounts.
Thank you for helping us go paperless as we seek to provide more secure and efficient services for our members and employers!
